30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every Rivanta order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee, beginning on the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number.
2. Briefly describe the issue — if it's a charging question we may be able to solve it first.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.

Return Eligibility
Items should be in good working condition with all included accessories (cable, carabiner) and original packaging where possible. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, the unit will not hold a charge, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@clickcraftventures.net with a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

If the casing is swollen, deformed or the unit overheats, stop using it immediately, do not charge it, and contact us straight away.

Bundle Orders
If you return part of a bundle, the refund is calculated on the price actually paid per unit. If returning units means the order no longer qualifies for its bundle tier, pricing is recalculated at the applicable tier.

Important Notice Regarding Chargebacks
We are a real, responsive team committed to resolving every issue quickly. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we require that you contact us first at support@clickcraftventures.net. We respond within 1–2 business days. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed with full evidence including our refund policy, order confirmation and delivery records.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.
- Damage caused by submersion, crushing, puncturing, disassembly, or exposure to fire or extreme heat.

Performance Note
Charge counts, charging speeds and solar performance vary by device, battery age, cable, temperature and sunlight conditions. The solar panel is a supplementary top-up, not the primary charging method.
